License Terms and Conditions

This License Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Shad Group, represented by Poya Shad, whose contact information is poya.shad@shad-group.com, and you, the user ("Licensee"), regarding the use of the Dev Subscribe Portfolio template (the "Product") available at https://shad-group.com (the "Website"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Product, Licensee agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

The License grants you an ongoing, non-exclusive, worldwide license to make use of the code to create an end product.

You are licensed to use the Dev Subscribe Portfolio codebase to create multiple end products for yourself or for multiple clients. The end product may or may not be sold. Resellers and freelancers are allowed to purchase on their client's behalf and charge for their services.

You can:

  • Create one portfolio using the Dev Subscribe Portfolio codebase.

You cannot:

  • Sell portfolio templates that are built using the Dev Subscribe Portfolio codebase.
  • Redistribute the codebase in any form.
  • Share your license with any other individuals or companies.
  • Host a project built with Dev Subscribe Portfolio publicly on Github or any other platform.

Enforcement

If you are found to be in violation of the license, blatant and malicious use of Dev Subscribe Portfolio codebase, your license will be revoked immediately and no refund will be issued.

Liability

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. Legal proceedings related to this Agreement may only be brought in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction. You agree to service of process at the e-mail address provided in your original order.
