Terms of Service for the Dev Subscribe Portfolio Nuxt template.

The Template is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the Template is with you.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Shad Group be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, lost profits, business interruption, or lost information) arising out of the use of or inability to use the Template, even if Shad Group has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Your Jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
